Cibus Connecting Italy’s exclusive Doposalone

Live a night among the stars of the restaurant world, with Degustando in Parma, Wednesday, March 29th, 2023

Cibus Starnight, the exclusive Doposalone of Cibus Connecting Italy by Degustando, is waiting for you at the fair.

In Hall 7 of the Fair, from 6 pm, 10 chefs, including several Michelin stars, will prepare their most iconic dishes for the public of the event, accompanied by a selection of local products, great wines and cocktails.

The entrance ticket includes:

  • 10 dishes of the Chefs
  • 2 glasses of wine to choose from whites, great reds and “bubbles”
  • Tasting of gastronomic products (bakery goods, cold cuts, cheeses, candies and much more)

The price is:

  • 45 € if you buy your ticket online by wednesday March 15th
  • 60 € if you buy your ticket online from thursday March 16th

In case of inability to attend the event after the purchase, the ticket is transferable to third parties – upon notification to the e-mail address accrediti@tobevents.it – but is not refundable.

Degustando

Born in Turin in 2015, Degustando is a format of To Be Events that over the years and in about 25 editions has led the greatest Chefs of Italy to cook in the Piedmontese capital. The soirees are held in street-food style, with Chefs preparing the dishes in front of the guests and a series of stations manned by producers of gastronomic excellence, wines and professional bartenders.

Some of the chefs who participated in the evenings organized by To be Events are Davide Scabin, Moreno Cedroni, Matias Perdomo, Matteo Baronetto, Federico Zanasi, Nicola Somma, Alessandro Mecca, Maurilio Garola, Giovanni Grasso and Igor Macchia.

Cibus Conneting Italy

Cibus, International Food Fair, is the most important fair dedicated to Italian food and must-see event for the whole community.

In Cibus, scheduled from 29 to 30 March at Fiere Parma, institutions, trade associations, companies and professionals of the Made in Italy agri-food sector meet to outline together the future strategies for food business.
